The development of production of super-fast DC electric charging stations with a capacity of 120, 300 and 350 kW continues

The enterprise has increased the supply of products for export by more than 3.5 times. The positive dynamics of exports was ensured mainly by increasing the production of television sets. Their share in the total volume of external deliveries in 2019 exceeded 85%. During this period, Vityaz produced about 150,000 televisions.
The most significant export items included plastic products, in particular, containers for ripening cheese, for which the enterprise managed to maintain sales volumes to the EU countries, as well as enter the Ukrainian market. The demand for household appliances and medical products from Vityaz was not decreasing in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.
The enterprise began the development and production of electric charging stations for electric vehicles in 2 versions (EC-301 and EC-302), large-diagonal LED TVs with the SMART function and UHD resolution, medical equipment, and also held a presentation of an automated elevator warehouse, increased production volumes by almost 18%. It successfully entered the foreign market: the growth rate of exports amounted to 285%.
Various types of medical equipment, special equipment were developed and implemented, orders were successfully implemented by tool and blank production, as well as plastics workshop.
VitebskLogistika Transport Unitary Enterprise was created.
The main activity is the provision of services for cargo transportation, diagnostics, training of the population in a driving school. O-Med, a unitary enterprise for the provision of medical services, was created.
Vitebsk-Agro Production Unitary Enterprise was created.
The main activity is the cultivation of vegetable products. Galaktika-Trade Trading Unitary Enterprise was created, the main activity of which is the sale of household appliances and electronics from various manufacturers according to the ‘home shopping’ concept. Stores are represented in all regional centers of the Republic of Belarus.
On March 15, 2010, the enterprise was reorganized into the Vityaz Open Joint Stock Company.
It increased production of building materials. By October 1, the building materials section of the Vityaz Maintenance and Contruction Department produced 10,000,000 pieces of paving slabs. New technologies were mastered in the production of building and finishing materials, and the production of facade, interior, wall and ceiling paints began. As part of the import substitution program, mass production of a wide range of compact energy-saving lamps began.
The line of LCD TVs was supplemented with premium-class models in a natural wood case and with improved acoustic accompaniment.
Under the program for the development of digital television in the Republic of Belarus, the production of the Vityaz line of digital tuners began. As part of the import substitution program, the production of household microwave ovens and hair dryers was launched. The production of new types of medical equipment, an electrostatic massage apparatus, a complete line of steam sterilizers with a capacity of 10 to 100 liters was mastered. The production of stereo monitors for geodesy and medicine was launched. The product range was expanded and the production of building materials for housing and road construction was increased. Mass production of building blocks from a new promising material, expanded polystyrene concrete, has begun.
The production of home appliances, such as vacuum cleaners, electric kettles, irons, was mastered.
Vityaz was awarded a diploma of the 12th Kultbytkhoztovary Republican Exhibition-Fair for the development and updating of the product range and the introduction of new types of import-substituting goods.
The company launched the production of DVD players.
The production plan included more than 70 different models of TVs, including those with 63 cm and 72 cm kinescope diagonals, as well as LCD TVs with a diagonal of 15, 20, 26, 32, 37 and 42 inches. 6 models of DVD players and a line of PREMIUM LCD TVs entered the market.
Mass production of Vityaz televisions based on the new MSH-75 monochassis has begun.
Mass sales of new generation LUXOR TVs have been launched. The models, which have updated the most popular line of TVs with an absolutely flat screen, were created on the basis of the MSH-76 monochassis.
More than 600,000 TVs of about 80 models were produced and sold.
New models of Vityaz TVs of the 7th generation were released, meeting all international standards. The total model range included over 100 models with diagonals from 37 to 72 centimeters in a wide variety of designs and colors.
The enterprise produced 550,000 TVs of over 50 models.
Vityaz RUPE had already produced more than 30 models of TVs with screen sizes from 14 to 29 inches (34-72 cm).
Distinctive features of Vityaz TVs were a unified monochassis; 90-100 programs; menu system; user timer; teletext; the ability to quickly view programs; protection of the selected program from unwanted (unauthorized) viewing
A qualitatively new technology of SMD mounting was implemented in production and the first domestic TV set with an absolutely flat 54 cm kinescope was produced.
The enterprise reaffirmed its title of the Laureate of the Award of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for Quality, the products of the enterprise became the winner of the Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Market and 100 Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus contests.
In connection with the change in Belarusian legislation, the enterprise is being re-registered as Vityaz Republican Unitary Production Enterprise.
In the same year, the President of the Republic of Belarus A. Lukashenko, visited the enterprise. The annual production of TV sets exceeded 300 thousand.
The company produced the 3 millionth TV set.
The production of TVs was certified according to the International Quality System ISO 9001.
The warranty period for TVs was extended to 25 months. Mass production of popular Viking and Genesis TV models and production of analog-digital TVs of new models began. The enterprise was awarded a diploma of the Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Republic of Belarus for Achievements in the Field of Quality.
