In order to prevent illegal actions, Vityaz OJSC organized the work of «the Helpline» on Combating Corruption in Vityaz OJSC,aimed at timely detection and prevention of theft, corruption and fraud. Employees of the company and contractors, as well as all concerned citizens, can use it to report violations of laws or internal regulations.
The list of cases considered by the Helpline:
— theft or misuse of property and assets;
— accepting or extorting bribes;
— existence of a conflict of interest among the employees of the Company and contractors;
— distortion of accounting (financial) and management reporting;;
— illegal financial transactions.
When processing messages, we guarantee complete confidentiality.
When calling the Helpline:
1. Indicate the subdivision of the Company in which the violation has occurred or may occur.
2. Describe the violation and indicate the facts known to you.
3. Report the names of persons involved in the violation or the name of organizations;
4. Indicate the assessment of possible damage or other additional information.
