RECTIFIER UNIT
The rectifier unit is designed to power electroplating baths and equipment for electrochemical metal processing. A distinctive feature of this unit compared to similar thyristor-type rectifier units is the low level of output voltage and current ripples, which can significantly improve the quality of the coating, as well as reduce the consumption of materials used for coating.
The unit has effective protection against overload, short circuit, overheating, insulation breakdown. The package includes a remote control that can be moved up to 50 meters from the unit.

Device for input-output of programs to CNC equipment
Designed for input-output of programs to CNC equipment using modern storage media instead of traditional punched tape, replacement of photoreaders (FSU) and perforators.
In the minimum configuration, the device is a structurally complete BLOCK FS / PL, connected to the CNC equipment instead of the FSU and puncher and carrying out the input-output of programs from a conventional floppy disk (GMD) of the MS-DOS format with a capacity of 1.44 MB. Equipment with CNC DOES NOT REQUIRE MODIFICATION of software or hardware, since the interface of the FS/PL BLOCK fully corresponds to the replaced FSU and perforator.
In the extended version, several (up to 12 inclusive) FS/PL UNITS can be connected via the MULTIPLEXER UNIT to one RS-232 port of the PC. And the input-output of programs can be carried out not only from the GMD, but also directly from the PC. This is useful for manufacturing sites that use a significant number of CNC equipment. The interface used provides galvanic isolation of CNC equipment from each other and from the PC.
Main technical characteristics:

3. The type of FSU to be replaced depends on the version of the FS/PL BLOCK. Currently, versions are being manufactured that replace the following types of FSU:

Loose materials loader
Loose materials loader 1L057.00.00.00 is designed to feed plastic material in granules from various containers into supply hoppers of injection molding machines in the production of plastic products.
It can also be used in other industries for feeding granular materials.
The loader consists of a fan with an electric motor, a control panel, an air filter mounted on a frame, and a hopper with a dosing device, which is installed on the supply hopper of the equipment.
It can be used to complete injection molding machines of any capacity.

Magnetic separator
The separator is intended for separating magnetic metal trimmings from the crushed material flow after crushing defective products in the recycling of plastics.The separator is built into any crushed material supply system before granulation or directly by casting on an injection molding machine.
The high separation efficiency is ensured due to the complete overlap of the flowing transport section with the fields of blocks of permanent magnets arranged in multilayer.

ACOUSTIC TIMER
PURPOSE:
The acoustic timer (hereinafter TA) is designed for continuous round-the-clock operation in public places and other premises where lighting is required periodically for fixed periods of time.

DESIGN AND OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
TA responds to noise effects with a frequency of 40 to 15000 Hz (door closing, footsteps, voice). In standby mode, the TA is at rest (the light is off), when sound vibrations occur, it turns on the lighting load and stays in this state for 60 ± 5 seconds, after which it automatically disconnects the load from the network. If sound vibrations occur during this period of time, the timer is reset and the countdown starts again. The functionality of conventional switches is preserved.
CONNECT AND SETUP:
Connection and adjustment of the TA must be carried out with a completely disconnected voltage.
The TA is installed in any convenient place, sufficient to place the unit in close proximity to the lighting device on a flat, durable surface made of fireproof material. The position in space can be arbitrary.
Mount the TA as follows:
- install two dowels Ø6 or Ø8 mm in the required place (dowels are not included in the delivery set);- remove the cover;
- fix the TA with screws, wrapping them in the installed dowels;
- pass the power wires and wires going to the lamp through the free stuffing box *;
- connect the wires to the TA terminals according to the diagram;
- Close the TA cover.
Inside the TA, the wires are connected with clamps according to the scheme:

*It is possible to use the existing wires going to the luminaire by cutting them at the place where the SLT is installed. Since the connection is made by terminals mounted on flexible wires, it is not necessary to extend existing wires or lay additional ones.
After connecting the block, additional settings are not required. TA reacts to sounds in the volume of the room where it is installed.
